The IMA Group is looking for Nurse Practitioners in Melbourne, FL to perform disability evaluations for U.S. veterans through the VA benefits process. No treatment plans. No prescribing. No call schedule — just meaningful, focused clinical work that honors those who served.
What You'll Do- Conduct medical disability evaluations for veteran claimants
- Review medical records, diagnostics, and supporting documentation
- Document findings in clear, accurate electronic reports
- Ensure evaluations meet VA quality and documentation standards
- Evaluation-only — no ongoing patient management or panel pressure
- True Monday-Friday schedule — no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call
- Predictable days, every day
- Strong onboarding plus ongoing clinical support

- Active, unrestricted NP license
- Master's or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current clinical NP experience
- Background in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Occupational Medicine, PM&R, Orthopedics, or related specialty preferred
