Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care including assessments, treatments, and monitoring
• Administer medications and document in EHR per facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams on care plans
• Supervise and delegate tasks to CNAs and support staff
• Follow infection control and patient safety protocols at all times
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and facility staff
• Adapt quickly to different facility policies, workflows, and technologies
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and reports
