Quality Assurance Administrator
Position Summary
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Administrator to support our Quality Management System (QMS) and administrative quality activities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with Microsoft Office applications. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in quality assurance within the aerospace, electronics, or manufacturing industry.
- Maintain quality records, controlled documents, and administrative files.
- Assist with internal and external audit preparation and documentation.
- Support document control, training records, and quality metrics.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain action item logs.
- Support corrective actions, customer requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other quality administrative duties as assigned.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting Quality Assurance or Quality Management Systems.
- Experience participating in internal, supplier, or process audits.
- IPC certifications such as IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, J-STD-001, or Certified IPC Specialist (CIS).
- Experience with in electronics manufacturing, PCB/PCBA, or aerospace/defense environments.
- Previous audit experience and IPC certifications are preferred but not required.
- The company is willing to provide training and support toward obtaining IPC certifications and developing internal auditing skills for the right candidate.
