Job Description Responsibilities Salads Preparation
  • Prepare a variety of salads, including appetizers and entrée salads, using fresh ingredients and creative presentations.
  • Ensure all salads are made to order, following recipes and portion guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of salad preparation area.
  • Manage inventory for salad ingredients, and assist with ordering and stocking as needed.
Desserts Preparation
  • Create and assemble a range of desserts, from classic favorites to innovative new creations.
  • Follow recipes accurately, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Plate and garnish desserts beautifully, paying attention to detail.
  • Ensure all dessert stations are kept clean and organized.
General Kitchen Duties
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Assist with prep work and clean-up duties as required.
  • Follow directions from kitchen supervisors and chefs.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a kitchen setting, with a focus on salads and/or desserts, is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality dishes.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
