As a Line/Prep Cook at Monkey Bar & Grille, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy a fantastic dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling all aspects of the kitchen, including prep work, line cooking, food running, and opening/closing duties.
• Following recipes to ensure portion control and consistency in every dish.
• Preparing high-quality meals with attention to detail and presentation.
• Collaborating with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.

• 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.

• Flexibility in handling various tasks and adapting to the needs of the kitchen.
• desire to turn out a great product every time.
• Open availability is a plus, as we value flexibility in scheduling.
• Knowledge of pizza preparation is a bonus, but it’s not required.
