20 hours Friday to Sunday (Friday 4:00pm – 8:00pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00am – 7:00pm).

In this exciting role, you'll work closely with retail shoppers to recommend the perfect Meta products to meet their unique needs. You'll be the go‑to person for customers seeking information on Meta’s products, ensuring they have an interactive, informative, and prosperous shopping experience. Building relationships within a retail environment and having a technology‑first mindset are key as you will train retail associates on new AI apps and tools.
Our team fully provides all technology training.

- Scheduled to work during high‑traffic times, including weekends (required), weekdays, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred.
- An interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
- The ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale is necessary.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills are essential.
- Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations are crucial.
- Thrive in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one‑time weekday shifts is required.
- Own a smartphone with an equivalent operating system of an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25.
- Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, grab, up to 20lbs occasionally, with continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation (Accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions).
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
