Overview

Retail Display Installer – Technology. Travel up to 90 miles from home, paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Work Monday–Friday; weekends are not required. $16.50 per hour with next‑day pay on demand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly (within 24 hours) to field services management and keep availability updated.
  • Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
  • Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures.
  • Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys before leaving job sites.
  • Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
  • Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures remain functional.
  • Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations involving 2+ people; provide solution feedback.
  • Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
  • Assist team members as needed to contribute to overall success.
  • Submit accurate timecards and report anomalies daily with required corrections.
  • Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Attend and complete training and certification programs.
  • Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
  • Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
  • Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Follow all directives, executing tasks fully and completely.
  • Collaborate within the shared services team to achieve goals and improve processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the shared services team, clients, retailers, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and strong leadership while representing the company.
  • Set a high standard for behavior, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring respectful communication.
  • Align with cross‑functional processes for operational success.
  • Ensure customer and client satisfaction meets or improves upon established KPIs.
  • Provide and receive constructive feedback.
Qualifications
  • Age 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States.
  • Flexible availability Monday–Friday; weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night availability as needed.
  • Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
  • Physical abilities: climb up to 10‑foot ladder; lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend, grasp, and reach overhead.
  • Adaptability: adjust to changing tasks and environments.
  • Effective communication via phone, text, and email; use smartphone for clocking, photo capture, app use, and internet connectivity.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
  • Preferred experience:

    installation, merchandising, hand and power tools, and following planogram directives.
  • Technology: own an Android or Apple device for photo and data upload; navigate communication platforms independently.
  • Training: complete all assignments within designated time frames; work collaboratively and autonomously.
  • Transportation: reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance; willingness to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment.
  • Leadership & Communication: strong leadership, professional presentation, sound judgment, problem‑solving, autonomy, time management, and reporting skills.
