Part‑time HP Retail Sales Associate (up to 15 hours per week, primarily Saturday and Sunday, with flexible Friday options).

HP and 2020 Companies partner to hire Retail Sales Associates to drive sales and create buzz around the HP brand at Best Buy.

• Demonstrate HP products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their needs.
• Engage customers to build rapport and create a memorable experience.
• Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain clean and functional displays.
• Report sales, competitive insights, and other metrics to Retail Operations.
• Accurately document and report sales, ensuring all paperwork is completed.

• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Meet established monthly/weekly sales quotas and goals.
• Maintain low customer complaint rates.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• At least 6 months of sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Problem‑solving and tech‑savvy enthusiasm.
• Outgoing personality and eager to learn.
• Comfortable engaging with customers, demonstrating products.
• Ability to overcome objections and connect with customer needs.
• Experience in electronics, tech, or wireless retail is a plus.
• Experience training or product demonstration is a plus.
• 1‑year job experience required.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity; commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Must be available evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.

• Pay: $16.00 per hour.
• Weekly schedule; next‑day pay on‑demand with Daily Pay.
• Paid training completed online ($25 per month technology reimbursement).
