Online Order Filling associates focus on locating, preparing, and packaging online orders accurately before pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions, consult with customers as needed, and dispense orders while ensuring satisfaction.
What you'll do• Shop for customers across all departments and select appropriate items.
• Locate, prepare, package, and verify accuracy of online orders.
• Make product substitutions when necessary and communicate with customers.
• Dispense completed orders and engage with customers during pickup.
• Balance online order fulfillment with assistance to in‑store customers, handling workflow during peak hours and holiday seasons.
