Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid at rates ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders before pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed.

Online order fillers and delivery associates shop for customers, select items, and pick online orders. They dispense orders to in‑store customers and engage them throughout the dispensing process. The position is fast‑paced and may be intense during evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons. Associates may need to juggle picking online orders while helping in‑store customers.
