MARC Radio Orlando (Melbourne) is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Media Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Media Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has a proven track record of success.

Job Expectations:

• Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Conduct warm calling to generate leads and schedule meetings
• Present product offerings to clients and negotiate contracts
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience preferred
• Proven experience in sales or business development
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Experience in account management and customer relationship building
• Previous radio sales experience is preferred

• Monday to Friday

Pay:

• $55,000-$80,000/per year
• Commission Pay
