Account Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive with HVAC industry experience to drive sales and manage client relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop new business while maintaining existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HVAC sector.
• Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Present and demonstrate HVAC products and services to contractors, facility managers, and building owners.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, bids, and contracts, negotiating terms as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and service departments, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay updated on HVAC industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline tracking using CRM software.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HVAC sales, account management, or business development.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tracking tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
