Role Description
This is a remote, commission-first role for an Account Growth Executive focused on outbound sales, account acquisition, and early-stage account management.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing high-ticket website and SEO opportunities, primarily through outbound outreach and follow-up. You will work directly with business owners and decision-makers, guiding them through the sales process and helping them understand how Best Website Builder Group’s services support long-term growth.
While execution and backend operations are handled by Best Website Builder Group’s internal team, you will maintain ownership of the client relationship during onboarding and early stages, providing feedback and context to ensure a smooth handoff and strong client experience. This role is ideal for someone who wants autonomy, upside, and a path into a senior account or growth position as the company scales.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with outbound sales, cold outreach, and follow-up
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfort selling high-ticket services ($15k–$30k+ projects) to business owners
- Experience or familiarity with web design, digital marketing, or SEO services
- Ability to identify qualified prospects and avoid low-budget or poor-fit accounts
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and prospecting tools (Go High Level experience is a strong plus)
- Ability to negotiate pricing within defined pricing windows, with owner approval when needed
- Ambitious mindset with interest in long-term growth, account ownership, and performance-based compensation
- A bachelor’s degree is not required; relevant sales experience and performance matter far more.
This role starts as commission-only, designed for individuals who are confident in their ability to sell and want long-term upside rather than capped income.
Compensation includes:
- Up to 15% commission on website projects you close
- Up to 16% recurring monthly commission on SEO, website maintenance, and ongoing services for accounts you originate and help manage
- Recurring commissions continue as long as accounts remain active and healthy
After demonstrating consistency in performance, retention, and process discipline, there is an opportunity to transition into:
- A base salary plus adjusted commission structure, or
- A higher-upside commission-only structure, based on your preference
Existing commission agreements may be grandfathered based on performance and longevity.

We do not pursue low-budget or short-term projects. If a prospect is not prepared to invest meaningfully in their digital presence, we are not the right fit—and you are encouraged to disqualify early.
This role is nationwide and outbound-driven, with priority focus on dealership, home & garden, and home service markets. By month two, successful Account Growth Executives are expected to be closing 5–10 website projects, depending on ticket size and pipeline quality.
