- Strong understanding of oncology treatment options and market dynamics
- Ability to reside within a reasonable distance to the assigned district
- 2+ years of oncology field-based sales experience
- Documented history of strong performance in sales/marketing or oncology clinical roles
- Experience with customer relationship management and data analysis in a sales context
- Familiarity with the workings of multidisciplinary teams in oncology care
