Experienced In-House Sales Representative - Virtual; On-Site - Margaritaville Rio

Job Summary

As an In-House sales representative you will establish rapport with prospective and/or current owners, articulate the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure, and demonstrate a positive attitude in a high-energy environment. You will be part of the Virtual Sales Team located in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico, conducting sales via virtual presentations.

• Conduct presentations via Zoom with owners.
• Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners.
• Communicate the benefits of traveling with Club Wyndham, World Mark by Wyndham, Margaritaville, and Travel + Leisure Co.
• Generate sales through initiating transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques.
• Attend ongoing advanced sales and career training sessions.
• Effectively present and deliver sales presentations in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals (80% performance).
• Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, keep current on sales information and materials, stay up-to-date on industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually (20%).

No travel is required outside of the home site’s area. This position is on-site conducting virtual sales.

• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience with Travel + Leisure.
• Must maintain production standards.
• Full-time availability to work weekends and holidays is required.
• Experience with Owners Sales line in Timeshares preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the required education.

Initial paid training covering our sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale.
