A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE / HOME EVALUATOR

• Wake up excited to meet new clients and work on prospective business deals every day.
• Maintain appointments as scheduled and perform prompt follow-up.
• Build rapport and network with potential residential customers.
• Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on pest control options.
• Perform home evaluations, including accessing spaces such as attics and assessing damage.
• Use sales skills to offer solutions, recommend services, and explain benefits clearly and accurately.
• Represent the company professionally to gain new customers and ensure inspections are successful.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE / HOME EVALUATOR

• Valid driver's license
• Physical ability to stand, crawl into spaces, and work in various weather conditions
• Customer service experience
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling services
• Basic math skills
