Full‑time position at Premiere Coastal Solutions, a leading in‑store promotional sales company.

Premiere Coastal Solutions works closely with major retailers, delivering campaigns that increase client product sales.

Due to recent expansion, we are looking for a sales and marketing team leader. This role will begin at entry level with provided training that is merit‑based and progresses at the candidate’s pace.

• Acquire new accounts.
• Retain existing accounts.
• Organize marketing plans to achieve sales targets set by the organization.
• Encourage personnel to exceed personal and team targets.
• Collaborate closely with management and human resources.
• Motivate and train internal sales personnel to meet business sales objectives.
• Assist team managers in intensifying sales through training on sales methods.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field is a plus.
• Student mentality—willingness to take direction and learn.
