Role DescriptionThe Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Panama City, FL. This role is responsible for promoting respiratory equipment and services, building and maintaining relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals, and driving new patient referrals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales visits, presenting product solutions, following up on leads, and ensuring timely communication with internal teams and external partners.
The Sales Specialist collaborates with clinical and operations staff to support smooth onboarding of new patients and resolve any service-related issues. The position involves maintaining accurate sales records, participating in training and product updates, and representing Quipt Home Medical professionally in the local market.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare partners.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including prospecting, relationship building, and closing to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to educate referral sources on products and support coordinated sales activities.
- Experience in healthcare, medical equipment, or respiratory services is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, manage territory priorities, and maintain organized records.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM systems is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in business, healthcare, or related fields is an asset.
