Sales Representative

Are you in the Titusville, Mims, PSJ area looking for an exciting job that will fit your schedule? Superior Fence & Rail has the opportunity for you as a Fence Sales Consultant. This role involves presenting and selling our fence products to customers who are actively seeking solutions.

Territory: North Brevard County

• Learn and adopt Superior Fence & Rail's structured selling process and complete required training.
• Present and sell the features and benefits of Superior Fence & Rail products.
• Continually prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up.
• Set and maintain the required number of appointments to meet or exceed sales goals.
• This is a 100% commission opportunity in which compensation is determined solely by the success of the individual Sales Consultant. Average compensation of $60K to $125K per year. Medical, Vision, Dental, Retirement benefits.
• This is NOT cold calling; customers are calling us because they want a fence.

Superior Fence & Rail is an industry leader with over 40 branch locations across the United States. We partner with a national home improvement chain and multiple home builders and general contractors for fence installation requirements.

• Pass background investigation (no felony convictions).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Polished and professional demeanor with a strong work ethic, exceptional listening skills, honesty, integrity, and a desire for high commission.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with the Internet.
