Outside Sales Representative

Renuity, a national home remodeling leader, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive in-home sales of bath, window, door, and other renovation projects. You'll visit pre-set, qualified homeowner appointments, assess needs, and present tailored solutions with professional demonstrations and accurate measurements. In this performance-driven, customer-focused role, you'll manage a robust pipeline, follow up on leads, and close projects while coordinating with installation teams.

Responsibilities

• Generate in-home sales of remodeling projects including bath, window, and door solutions for residential customers
• Conduct on-site consultations, assess homeowner needs, and present tailored Renuity solutions
• Deliver professional product demonstrations, measurements, and pricing proposals
• Follow up on company-provided leads, manage pipeline, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and coordinate with installation and operations teams for smooth project delivery
• Represent Renuity's brand, providing a customer-focused, consultative sales experience
• Stay current on product knowledge, financing options, and competitive offerings in the construction/remodeling market
