Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) is looking for an
Industrial Security Analyst
to join our team based out of Melbourne, Florida.Candidateswithexperience in Physical Security,Law Enforcement Investigations,Counterintelligence (CI), Human Intelligence (HUMINT) or as an Intelligence Analystareencouraged to apply.

The selected candidate will have the responsibility of developing and administering security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment in a fast-paced, high-profile portfolio of programs.

• Develop andmaintainmethodologies to detect unusual behavior,identifysuspicious trends and potential breaches
• Conduct in-depth investigations when anomalies, behavior,trendsor potential breaches are identified
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess risk, anddeterminemitigation strategies
• Conduct focused andtimelyinterviews to collect information of value
• Prepare detailed reports and assessments from findings to senior management
• Develop and presenttraining and awarenessbriefingstoworkforce
• Maintain accountability of classified material or classified media
• Review and verify personnel security clearances and SAP access through queries to government security databases and systems
• Maintain liaison with government agencies, external customers, contractors, employees, and managers
• Implement policies and procedures for responding to security incidents, and for investigating and reporting security violations and incidents

• High School Diploma with a minimum of6years of security experience; an associate’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of security experience OR a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of2years of security experience

• Current Active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain/maintain

• In-scope investigation completed within last 6 years or current enrollment inContinuous
  
  Evaluation (CE) program

• Candidate must be a US Citizen

• Ability to meetenhanced security requirements and obtain/maintain
  
  SAP eligibility and access

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong technical writing and briefing skills

• Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Operational experience in Counterintelligence, Human Intelligenceor Intelligence Analyst roles

• Operational experience in Law Enforcement Investigations

• Experience with DISS, SIMS, JADE, or similar data bases

• Working knowledge of DoD, SAP, and SCI programs to provide procedural and policy guidance

• Ability to work independently and follow projects through to completion

• Ability tomaintainflexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines

• Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Primary Level Salary Range: $65,500.00 - $98,300.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
