Conduct internal and external mobile patrols of assigned facilities to deter criminal activity and ensure safety;
Respond to behavioral and medical emergencies using verbal de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention methods;
Monitor entrances and exits, enforce access control, conduct foot and vehicle patrols, and coordinate with law enforcement or fire personnel when necessary;
Provide safety escorts, conduct patient watches, assist with transports including to the morgue, and ensure compliance with hospital policies;
Maintain certifications (CPR/AED) and complete crisis prevention training; operate surveillance and communication systems
