Please note that this opportunity is contingent on program funding. Start dates are determined after funding confirmation. Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) is looking for an Industrial Security Analyst Level 2 or 3 to join our team based out of Melbourne, Florida. The selected candidate will have the responsibility of developing and administering security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment in a fast-paced, high-profile portfolio of programs.

In this role, the selected candidate will:
* Develop and maintain methodologies to detect unusual behavior, identify suspicious trends and potential breaches
* Conduct in-depth investigations when anomalies, behavior, trends or potential breaches are identified
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess risk, and determine mitigation strategies
* Conduct focused and timely interviews to collect information of value
* Prepare detailed reports and assessments from findings to senior management
* Develop and present training and awareness briefings to workforce
* Maintain accountability of classified material or classified media
* Review and verify personnel security clearances and SAP access through queries to government security databases and systems
* Maintain liaison with government agencies, external customers, contractors, employees, and managers
* Implement policies and procedures for responding to security incidents, and for investigating and reporting security violations and incidents Industrial Security Analyst (Level

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelors Degree with 2 years of security experience, Masters Degree with 0 years of security experience or an additional 4 years of security experience will be considered in-lieu of a degree

* Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated U.S. government Secret Clearance (must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company

* Candidate must be a US Citizen

* Excellent customer service and communication skills

* Strong technical writing and briefing skills

* Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and meet deadlines Principal Industrial Security Analyst (Level
3)
