Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual activity;
Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and credential compliance in accordance with location procedures;
Support access control and other security-related operations while maintaining awareness of changing site conditions, work areas, and operational needs across the location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through established site protocols
