Overview
The Farm Equipment Mechanic II will be responsible for repairing and maintaining our equipment fleet, including tractors and other farming equipment.
Working HoursTypical work hours:
Monday – Friday 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., with opportunities for additional hours or weekends.
This is a full‑time, benefits‑eligible position including 401(k), vacation, sick, holiday pay, health and welfare benefits and more.
LocationWork will be performed at the Cocoa Ranch shop and at the field as needed. No travel beyond the site is required.
Responsibilities- Repair and maintain the equipment fleet.
- Diagnose equipment issues, including electrical and motor repairs.
- Respond to field diagnostics when needed.
- Complete work orders daily.
- Diesel and hydraulic knowledge.
- Electrical knowledge.
- Small engine knowledge.
- Welding and fabrication experience.
- Ability to perform tasks equivalent to Mechanic I with additional skills.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of farm equipment experience.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to use own tools.
Must pass a physical, drug test, and a background check, and must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
