We are seeking a skilled and professional Residential Service Electrician to join our Residential Service Team. This role is ideal for a highly experienced electrician with strong troubleshooting abilities, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for mentoring others.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in residential electrical systems, service upgrades, and field problem-solving. Generator installation experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot Electrical Issues Using Testing Equipment
  • Repair Electrical Systems Including Wiring, Outlets, Switches, and Fixtures
  • Install New Electrical Components in Compliance with Code
  • Perform Panel Upgrades, Meter Replacements, and Service Upgrades
  • Conduct Safety Inspections and Identify Potential Hazards
  • Read and Interpret Blueprints and Electrical Diagrams
  • Communicate Clearly with Homeowners Regarding Issues and Solutions
  • Ensure Compliance with All Electrical Codes and Safety Standards
  • Mentor and Support Junior Electricians
Key Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead jobs
  • Generator installation and troubleshooting experience (preferred)
  • OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
  • Journeyman or Master Electrician license (preferred)

PAY
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay:
    Competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits package
  • Bonus incentives (to be explained by direct manager)
