THE ROLEThis is a residential HVAC installation position. You will install split systems, package units, mini‑splits, and full duct systems for homeowners across Brevard County — representing Climate Experts with professionalism on every job. You will be backed by a full warehouse and office team dedicated to making sure you have everything you need before you hit the road.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN- Install residential HVAC split systems, package units, and mini‑splits
- Install copper line sets, wiring, and drain lines
- Build return stands and duct plenums
- Install full duct systems (bonus paid during summer)
- Maintain inventory in service vehicles and installation trailers
- Complete installation checklists and submit all photos to our CRM
- Collect customer signature and payment at job completion
- Demonstrate proper and safe use of tools and equipment on every job

- Ability to install split systems, package units, mini‑splits, and duct systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Friendly, professional, and able to represent the company well on every job
- Ability to work independently and as part of an install crew
- Reliable transportation and a cell phone with internet connection
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Follows our tobacco‑free policy
Full time. Monday through Friday. No on‑call. Saturdays and Sundays off.
