ScheduleMonday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm plus on call/rotation

What You'll Do- Transform vacant units into welcoming homes, ready for move-in within established deadlines
- Be the first line of response for service requests — delivering fast, friendly, and effective solutions every time
- Perform daily repairs and upkeep that keep our community looking and functioning at its best
- Champion safety by upholding company policies and proactively flagging concerns to your supervisor
- Play an active role in our preventative maintenance program — staying ahead of problems before they arise
- Help maintain the beauty and curb appeal of buildings and grounds as part of a collaborative team
- Keep accurate records — training logs, reports, and inventory updates — completed on time, every time
- Never stop growing — seek out learning opportunities that sharpen your skills and advance your career
- Education:
- High school diploma or GED; industry-related coursework is a welcomed plus
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on maintenance and general repair experience
- Multi-trade proficiency — carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and beyond
- Must own basic tools as permitted by state laws
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and local, state, and federal regulations
- Strong ability to prioritize, self-manage, and deliver results independently
- Skills &
Certifications: - EPA Section 608 Type I & II or Universal Technician license — strongly preferred
- Valid Driver's License — required
- Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping
