An HVAC Repair Technician is responsible for completing installation and repair jobs sold by our service technicians, focusing on efficient, safe, and high‑quality work rather than sales. The role is performance‑driven and ideal for technicians who value craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements- Valid driver’s license.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential HVAC service (diagnosis and installation).
- Reliable transportation and a cell phone with internet.
- Demonstrated adherence to safety policies and proper tool use.
- Strong communication skills, both individual and teamwork.
- Capability to pass background and drug screening checks.
- Diagnose, repair, and service HVAC systems to manufacturer and company standards.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate findings and necessary repairs to customers.
- Complete appointments in a timely manner.
- Work independently with little supervision while maintaining daily scheduling.
- At least 2 years of residential HVAC service experience.
- Attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work regularly.
- EPA certification is strongly preferred.
