Are you an experienced electrician who is tired of being overworked, underappreciated, and on-call every other weekend? Climate Experts is hiring a Residential Electrician — and we have built a company where skilled tradespeople are actually taken care of.

Hourly wage + uncapped commission up to 10% of project profits

Electricians earn $80,000–$135,000+ per year

Climate Experts is a fast-growing, family‑owned home services company serving Brevard County and surrounding areas. We deliver a world‑class customer experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical. We don't just hire electricians — we invest in them. As we scale our electrical division, we need skilled tradespeople who take pride in their craft and want to grow with us.

This is a residential electrician position. You will sell, install, and service electrical systems for homeowners across Brevard County — representing Climate Experts with professionalism and delivering a 5-star experience on every call. You will have the freedom to run jobs from estimate to completion, backed by a full office team dedicated to making your day run smoothly.

• Sell and complete residential electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs
• Diagnose complex electrical issues and provide safe, effective solutions
• Install wiring, panels, lighting, and smart home systems
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions
• Deliver a white glove customer experience on every call
• Keep accurate job documentation and reports
• Maintain safety as a top priority at all times
• Help train and mentor future team members as the department grows

• 5+ years of hands‑on residential or light commercial electrical experience
• Thorough understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Ability to sell repairs and installations on-site
• Strong communication skills — able to present options clearly to homeowners
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Follows our tobacco‑free policy

Full time. No on‑call rotations. Up to 4 days off per week.
