Are you an experienced trades leader ready to run a multi-department operation and be rewarded for results? Climate Experts is looking for a Field Operations Manager to lead our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical teams — and we pay top dollar for the right person.

Climate Experts is a fast-growing, family-owned home services company serving Brevard County and surrounding areas. We deliver a world-class customer experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. As we continue to expand, we need a driven leader to take ownership of our field operations and help us scale to the next level.

This is a field-first leadership position. You'll oversee installation crews across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical — managing installers, apprentices, and project coordinators to ensure every job is done right, on time, and to the standard our customers expect. You set the tone on every job site.

• Oversee all HVAC install crews and project managers
• Review build sheets and equipment orders before jobs launch
• Maintain quality standards and gross profit margins on every install
• Conduct job site visits and ride-alongs to coach in real time
• Manage plumbing install crews across residential and light commercial work
• Ensure installation checklists are followed on every job
• Monitor job completion rates, callbacks, and quality control
• Support project coordination between office and field

• Oversee electrical installation teams and job site standards
• Coordinate with dispatch and project managers to keep jobs moving
• Ensure permits, inspections, and documentation are handled properly
• Run daily huddles and set expectations for the day
• Conduct weekly training and bi-weekly 1-on-1s with direct reports
• Build performance reviews, 90‑day evaluations, and progression plans
• Develop apprentices and support certification prep (EPA, NATE)
• Be present in the field — this role is not a desk job

• $65,000–$75,000 base salary based on experience
• Monthly performance bonus — total comp $90,000–$110,000+ for the right performer

• 5+ years of field leadership experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or multi‑trade operations
• Proven track record managing install crews and holding quality standards
• Strong understanding of residential installation processes across at least one trade
• Service Titan experience is a strong plus
• Exceptional communication and coaching skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Local to Brevard or Indian River County
• Someone who leads from the front, not from behind a desk

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM in the field and office. Phone availability weekdays 4:00–9:00 PM and weekends for crew support as needed.
