Conducts preventative maintenance on facility machinery, inspections, adjustments, and repairs following standards;
Diagnoses and performs repairs on systems within their field of expertise to maintain efficient operations;
Performs installations, modifications, and calibrations of equipment and systems in compliance with codes;
Documents all work in the computerized management system within 24 hours of completion;
Responds to emergency maintenance calls (STATs) and maintains safe environmental conditions
