Conducts preventive maintenance inspections, adjustments, and repairs on equipment, machinery, facilities, and systems to ensure safe and efficient operations;
Diagnoses, repairs, and restores mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems including calibrating, commissioning, and component replacement;
Documents and tracks all work in the computerized management system within 24 hours of performing work;
Responds to emergency requests (STATs) to mitigate disruption of services and ensure safety;
Provides coaching and guidance to junior Facility Technicians to develop skills and ensure compliance with standards
