Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a 2nd shift Maintenance Technician to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Melbourne, FL.

Job Title: 2nd shift Maintenance Technician
Work Location:
Melbourne, FL
Duration: 3 month contract with option to extend or hire
Hours:
Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11pm with occasional OT
ation/Experience
Required:
High school or equivalent
Job Description & Responsibilities :
- Some independent work and may need to assist other technicians
- Resource's typical working day:
- General maintenance
- Changing HVAC filters
- Basic carpentry
- Basic plumbing
- Basic electric
- Building/assembling furniture
- Completing daily work orders
- Meeting with vendors as needed
Licenses/Certifications:
- None required, but any applicable licenses are a plus
- 4-6 years experience
- H.S. diploma or GEDBasic carpentry
- Basic plumbing
- Basic electric
- Basic HVAC
- General maintenance skills
- Locksmithing skills
- Advanced HVAC experience
- Good customer service skills
- Reliable
- High level of professionalism
- Basic computer skills
- Basic email skills
- Microsoft Office
