Job Overview
We are looking for mature, experienced electricians to perform electrical and engine maintenance procedures, including load bank operation, transfer switches, and engine controls. Our electricians typically operate unsupervised in teams of two or three, emphasizing high‑quality work and safety.
Responsibilities- Perform electrical and engine maintenance procedures, including load bank operation, transfer switches, and engine controls.
- Work unsupervised in teams of two or three and focus on high quality work and safety.
- Handle generator installations, UPS systems, and other specialty electrical installations.
- Travel as required; work four 10‑hour days with off‑days on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Accept company travel, lodging, and transportation provisions.
10‑hour shift Monday to Thursday. No remote work.
Qualifications- Electrical experience: 1 year (preferred).
- Driver’s License required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Desire to learn and a positive attitude.
- Full‑time position with competitive salary.
- Performance bonuses paid quarterly; target $5,000 annually.
- 7 days paid time off (PTO) initially, increasing to 12 days after 5 years of service.
- 9 major holidays paid.
- One additional week of PTO during the week between Christmas and New Year's.
