Are you an experienced HVAC tech who is tired of on‑call rotations, broken promises, and companies that don't invest in their people? Climate Experts is hiring a residential HVAC Service Technician – and we have built a company where skilled techs are actually taken care of.

This is a residential service technician position. You will diagnose, repair, and service HVAC systems for homeowners across Brevard County – representing Climate Experts with professionalism and delivering a 5‑star experience on every call. You will be supported by a full office team dedicated to making your day run smoothly from dispatch to customer service.

• Diagnose and repair all types of residential HVAC systems
• Communicate findings and repair options clearly to customers
• Complete appointments on time and to company quality standards
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Maintain your take‑home van and equipment to company standards
• Build relationships with customers that drive 5‑star reviews and referrals

• High hourly wage + uncapped commission (lead techs earn $80,000–$150,000+ per year)
• No on‑call. Ever.
• Work‑life balance: up to 4 days off per week, we close at 9PM

• 1+ years of experience servicing residential HVAC systems
• EPA certification strongly preferred
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills across major HVAC brands
• Ability to communicate repair options clearly and professionally to homeowners
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
• Follows our tobacco‑free policy

Full time. No on‑call rotations. We close  to 4 days off per week depending on schedule.
