Position SummaryAn HVAC Repair Technician is responsible for completing installation and repair jobs sold by our service technicians. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, values customer satisfaction, and thrives in a performance-driven pay structure. You will not be focused on sales! Your primary responsibility is to execute repairs and installations efficiently, safely, and to company standards.
Job Requirements- Valid driver's license
- 2+ years of experience of residential service (diagnosis and installation of HVAC equipment)

Responsibilities of an HVAC Repair Technician- Skilled in diagnostics, repairs, and servicing of HVAC systems
- Adheres to all safety policies and procedures
- Communicates with office support and adheres to daily scheduling
- Completes appointments in a timely manner
- Communicates findings and necessary repairs to customers
- Works independently without much supervision
- 2+ years of experience servicing residential HVAC systems desired
- Must be able to follow directions from management and work independently
- Must have great attention to detail
- Ability to perform physically demanding work on a regular basis
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers on a daily basis
- Mechanical aptitude
- EPA strongly preferred
- Must be able to pass background check, drug screening and have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
