Residential Service Plumber

As a residential service plumber, you will diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems for homeowners across Brevard County. You will represent Climate Experts with professionalism, delivering a 5‑star experience on every call while the office team takes care of dispatch and customer service.

• Diagnose and repair all aspects of residential plumbing systems
• Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, fixtures, and appliances
• Repair or replace plumbing fixtures including sinks, toilets, and water heaters
• Measure, cut, thread, bend, ream, and install pipe and fittings
• Test pipe systems for leaks and address clogged drains
• Communicate findings and repair options clearly to customers
• Meet key performance indicators for conversion rate, average sale, efficiency, and total sales
• Complete appointments on time and to company quality standards
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

• Lead plumber compensation $80,000–$150,000+ per year (high hourly wage + uncapped commission)
• No on‑call. Ever.

• 1+ years of experience in residential plumbing service
• All required hand tools available
• Ability to sell repairs and installations on‑site
• Strong communication skills – able to present repair options clearly to homeowners
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
