As a Termite Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting properties for termite activity, identifying infestations, and applying appropriate treatment plans. You'll be a key part of our field team, helping clients protect their homes and investments.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough termite inspections of structures for termite activity and damage.
- Identify signs of termite activity and structural vulnerabilities.
- Apply termite treatment solutions following company and industry guidelines.
- Drill and treat foundations, crawl spaces, attics, and other areas as needed.
- Educate customers on termite prevention and treatment plans clearly and professionally.
- Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Operate company vehicles and equipment safely and responsibly.
- Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service at every job site.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Prior experience in termite or pest control preferred (will train the right candidate).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and tight spaces (crawlspaces, attics, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

CorePhysical Requirements
- Lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs of equipment, materials, or product.
- Crawl in tight spaces such as attics and crawlspaces for inspections and treatments.
- Kneel, bend, climb and crouch frequently throughout the day.
- Walk and stand for extended periods on various surfaces and terrain.
- Use hand tools, power drills, and application equipment with dexterity and control.
- Wear required PPE including gloves, respirator, eye protection, and protective clothing.
- Work safely and maintain focus during high-exertion and repetitive tasks.
- Work outdoors and indoors in Florida heat, humidity, and seasonal weather.
- Navigate residential, commercial, and construction sites safely.
- Tolerate exposure to dust, wood debris, soil, insulation and treatment product odors.
- Maintain clear vision and hearing (corrective devices permitted).
- Safely drive company vehicles and load/unload tools and materials daily.
- Maintain focus and physical stamina during multiple inspections, treatments or other job duties per day.
- Adapt quickly to schedule changes, weather conditions, and customer needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
- Pass background check and drug screening (initial and random).
- Experience in termite control or pest management.
- Understanding of building construction and how it relates to termite activity.
- Customer service or field service experience.
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
