Synergie Fresh Air LLC is looking for a Service & Installation HVAC Technician Specialist to join our team in Melbourne.
This person will provide technical guidance and support to our business and customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, solid analytical skills, and proven problem-solving experience.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Removing old systems, installing new systems, performing routine maintenance, training junior team members, communicating with clients and customers, ordering and maintaining equipment, meeting local HVAC codes, running pipe and duct systems through homes, reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, understanding refrigeration cycles, interpreting various technical data such as pressure and temperature.
- Three years of related technical support experience, technically savvy with strong project management skills, experience troubleshooting issues and achieving solutions, ability to explain technical information to a non-technical person.
- Truck with necessary equipment to complete work.
- Time and half on weekend & overtime.
- Incentives on parts and system sold. Uniform .
- Cell Phone.
