Maintenance Technician
Seeking experienced maintenance technician to join our team. Duties are as follows:
- Painting
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Pressure Washing
- General Maintenance
- Light Housekeeping
- MUST have general knowledge of commercial plumbing and general construction repair.
- MUST have previous work related experience (i.e: construction; plumbing; electrical; etc.)
- MUST have the ability to climb ladders; squat; kneel for extended periods and be able to lift up to 40lbs.
- MUST be able to pass state required background check.
- MUST have reliable transportation.
