Hydromax USA is seeking Technician Trainees for their Water division in Melbourne, Florida. These individuals will launch their careers in the utility industry, participating in a 3‑month trainee program focused on water system maintenance. The ideal candidates are motivated, safety‑conscious, and eager to learn, with opportunities for advancement and paid training provided.

• $18 - $21 per hour, depending on experience

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and pre‑employment drug screening
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Certification as required
• Physically capable of field work, including walking over varied terrain, entering confined spaces, bending, squatting, and lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Willing and able to travel as needed, including weekends and occasional night shifts
• Proficient in using mobile devices and field data collection applications
• Ability to operate and maneuver a 4x4 2500 series truck in off‑road or challenging conditions
