Job Overview
Superior Fence & Rail is an industry leader seeking an experienced full-time fence installer.
ResponsibilitiesTypical work week is Monday to Thursday from 7am to 6pm, and some Fridays. Work consists of building all types of fence including vinyl, aluminum, wood, and chain‑link. All tools will be provided.
Pay starts from $15–16 per hour. Benefits include health insurance and a 401(k) plan.
Minimum Requirements- Positive attitude
- Hard‑working team player
- Possess valid FL driver’s license
- Pass background check (no felonies or sex offenses)
- Pass drug screening
- Reliable transportation
- Physical fitness for heavy lifting and working in heat
- Construction experience
- Ability to follow directions from others
- Attention to detail
- Customer service orientation
- Organization and time‑management
