Responsibilities
- The Lead efficiently executes tasks needed to complete a quality home renovation, including but not limited to digging, installing footings, framing walls, stucco applications on wood and block, installing windows and doors, siding, tile installation, drywall and texture, and painting.
- Lead a small crew in all aspects of the building construction process, providing leadership and coordination as needed.
- Assist in training and retraining crew members, including new hires, to ensure they are fully trained and follow all safety and construction procedures.
- We do a lot of whole house renovations, kitchens, and bathrooms.
- At least 5 years of required experience.
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds regularly.
- Capable of working in a physically demanding environment and at various heights (occasionally up to 30 feet).
- Must have good communication skills and be able to effectively take direction.
