Conducts preventive maintenance inspections, adjustments, and repairs on equipment, machinery, facility locations, and systems to ensure safe and efficient operations;
Diagnoses, repairs, and restores mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; calibrates, commissions, and replaces components;
Documents and tracks all work in the computerized management system within 24 hours of performing work;
Responds promptly to emergency requests to mitigate service disruption and maintain safety;
Provides coaching and guidance to junior Facility Technicians to develop their skills and ensure compliance with standards
