Perform preventive maintenance on facility machinery including inspections, adjustments, and repairs to ensure continuous and optimal operations;
Diagnose and repair issues on systems within their field to maintain system integrity and efficient operations;
Install, modify, and calibrate equipment and systems in compliance with applicable codes and regulations;
Document all work in the computerized management system within 24 hours of completion with accurate reporting;
Respond to emergency maintenance calls (STATs) to mitigate disruptions and maintain safe environments for associates, patients, and visitors
