Service Technician

We are in search of a Service Technician to join our growing team. This role will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment or systems for our clients. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Install, inspect, and maintain equipment according to specifications and safety standards
  • Diagnose technical problems and determine proper solutions in a timely manner
  • Perform scheduled and emergency repairs on-site or remotely
  • Document service reports, including repairs made and parts used
  • Provide customer training and support on equipment operation and maintenance
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, customer support) to resolve issues
  • Maintain tools, parts, and service vehicle in good working condition
  • Stay up to date with new technologies and service procedures
  • Work may include evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical service, maintenance, or repair role
  • Strong mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (indoors/outdoors)
