Examples of Duties:
- Performs a variety of maintenance tasks, including all aspects of plumbing and building maintenance.
- Performs a variety of construction tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, concrete and block work, drywall, painting, roofing, fencing, general construction, etc.
- Inspects and repairs backflow devices for all City buildings.
- Estimates materials needed for jobs, get quotes for materials, write estimates, and pick up materials.
- Operates all types of divisional vehicles and various equipment.
