Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech. US Citizenship Required.
- Conduct trade study and analysis of alternatives for end-of-life peer review product
- Lead a cross functional team to prototype solution and gain stakeholder buy-in
- Productionize replacement for end-of-life tool
- Define and migrate existing teams to the tool

Basic Qualifications- Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM discipline AND 14 years of related professional/military experience in Software Engineering to include a background in the agile development lifecycle, OR a Master's degree AND 12 years of related professional/military experience in Software Engineering to include a background in agile development lifecycle, OR a Ph.D. AND 9 years of related professional/military experience in Software Engineering to include a background in agile development lifecycle
- Must have experience with peer review tools such as Atlassian Crucible
- Must have experience with at least one object‑oriented programming language (Java, JavaScript, C++, C#, Python, Swift) and software development lifecycle
- Must have experience with one of the following change management tracking system tools:
Jira, Clear Quest, Asana - Must have experience with one of the following continuous integration tools:
Bamboo, Jenkins, Gitlab, Bamboo - Must have experience with one of the following configuration management systems: GIT, Git Lab, Bitbucket, Subversion
- Certification with cloud technology (AWS, VMWare, Azure, Kubernetes) at the architect level
- Experience with using AI to improve peer review quality
- Experience with architecting cloud solution
- Active Secret DoD Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance
- Current Special Access Program (SAP) clearance
