As a Developer Team Lead at our Melbourne Headquarters
, you will lead front‑end and back‑end teams, drive process improvements, mentor developers, and directly contribute hands‑on development. Strong expertise in React and .NET is required. You will guide cross‑functional delivery and ensure reliability across the stack.

This position is a temp-to‑perm position (6 month contract).

• Provide occasional after‑hours support to answer questions and resolve problems.
• Lead and mentor software developers in the implementation of software architectural changes while ensuring proper coding standards are followed.
• Provide technical guidance to both front‑end and back‑end developers working toward a common goal while ensuring proper coding standards are followed.
• Confer with vendors, other IT team members, users, and department managers to determine requirements for new or modified software and hardware.
• Review, analyze, and modify application systems including encoding, testing, debugging, and documentation. Analyze and resolve problems associated with application systems. Detect, diagnose, and report related problems.
• Consistently meet assigned project deadlines and goals.

4‑year college degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related academic area, or equivalent experience is required.

Minimum of 5 years prior experience with software analysis, design, development, testing, debugging, integration, deployment, support, and documentation of core and web‑based systems following the software development lifecycle, or a combination of applicable experience, education, and training that provides the knowledge and skills needed to perform job duties.

• Experience in agile development methodologies, object‑oriented programming, web services, client‑server concepts.
• Performing code reviews to ensure proper coding standards are followed.
